Entertainment flows through cable networks, through websites, magazines, radio, and through the veins of every human being on the planet. The human race lives for entertainment, always searching for new joys in life, finding it the most convenient way possible. For many, T.V., Internet, and Radio are the simplest forms of entertainment. One button away from pure enjoyment, the satisfaction of knowing what is going on in some celebrities life, the next big political step towards a better world, the songs that are at the top of the charts.
In reality, entertainment is even more simple in its raw form: Mother Nature. The root of mankind.
Think of the times before social media, before there was 1000 channels, before Satellite radio, before Nintendo. Think of the times you found that perfect tree to climb, the perfect hill to sled or fall down, the perfect rock to jump from. Think of the times when you spent more time outside then you did working, the times when woods were full of endless fun, the times when the ocean was more than just a place to cool off.
The earth provides us with everything we need to live happily, from shelter to food to entertainment, allowing yourself to forget simple entertainment with age only hinders your ability to enjoy real life.
